Stone Town
The inner city of Stone Town was declared a UNESCO world heritage site for its incredible blend of Moorish, Middle Eastern and African architecture. It’s possible to lose yourself in the labyrinth like alleyways that twist and turn past Arabic cafes, spice sellers and antique doorways that seem to hide another world.
