This beautiful and quaint little fishing village is on the south east coast of Zanzibar Island and is a perfectly romantic locale to escape the crowds. We suggest you walk the length of the beach when the tide is out and spot the incredible array of seashells before taking a ride on a dhow - a traditional wooden sailboat.
